    蜆

    しじみごはん
    いまだ松江を引きずっています。
    たぶんこれが最後になるのか。ならないのか？
     
     

     

     

    松江のしじみご飯

     

    松江でいただいたしじみ汁とごはんです。

     

    松江といえば宍道湖

    やはり宍道湖の蜆は格別ですね？？

    って味の違い判るほどのもんじゃございませんがorz

     

    　
     
     
    さっそくお土産に買って帰りました。
    そして作ってみたのがこれ。
     
     
     
     
     
    なんていうことない焼飯ですけどね。浅蜊とか蛤だと、
    からのまま入れるのもいいんですが、
    蜆だと殻をとるのがめんどいのでそういうわけには
    いかないと思います。
     
    殻ごとだと、味噌汁くらいしかおもいつきませんねぇ。
     
    しじみも、もっと剥き身が手軽に手に入ると
    いろいろ、応用が利くとおもうんですが。
     
    剥き身はめったに見かけません。
     
    ねぎと卵は定番ですね。
     
    お土産用の味付け蜆だったので、味付けはちょっと薄めに、
    塩コショウをベースに。

    今年の梅雨明けごろの天候不順。長雨と高気温はしじみにとっても過酷だったようですね。宍道湖の蜆の大量死のニュースが。。。。
    自然はいつも過酷です。。。小さな命には。
     
     
     
    ＭＳＮの仕様変更にはいつも振り回されますが。
    それが刺激になっているのも否めません。
    今回のレイアウトは初挑戦。
    う～ん。苦労したぁ！！

    しじみって何処が産地なんでしょうね。韓国と日本と中国の一部と聞いたことはありますが、汽水海は少ないしね。シジミなくても一応生きて行けるけど、食べたら活きている実感が湧くだろうな。　在外邦人としては決して大袈裟ではない、と思います。
